My friend and I had a very disappointing experience. We purchased two small light bulbs, but later found better plushies at a different store. When we returned to exchange the bulbs, the staff member was rude and spoke to us condescendingly, stating, "We don’t do returns, only exchanges🙄." Overall, I was very unhappy and will never return.
