Disappointing Experience

My friend and I had a terrible experience. We bought two small light bulbs to match, but an hour later we found better plushies at another store. When we tried to return the bulbs, the staff member was rude and talked down to us, saying, “We don’t do returns, only exchanges🙄.” Overall, I was very unhappy and will not return.

Extremely Disappointing Visit

Unbelievably Poor Experience

I can't believe the awful experience I had at the store. I bought three rolls of wrapping paper for £25 but realized I didn’t need them and returned the next day. To my surprise, I was informed they only allow exchanges, not refunds. The staff behind the counter seemed indifferent and even laughed while I explained my situation. When I asked about the refund policy, one pointed to a tiny sign that was nearly impossible to notice. I was shocked to learn that a store doesn’t give refunds on full-priced items. The service was dreadful, and I will never shop there again.

Unacceptable Behavior from Management

I encountered extremely rude behavior from the manager who shouted at me to "NOT HAVE A GOOD CHRISTMAS" in the store. I returned a gift item with a receipt and was told I could only exchange it. When I changed my mind and wanted to keep the gift, it created confusion for the staff. I was appalled that someone would speak to a customer that way, especially during the holiday season.

Lack of Basic Courtesy

I visited the location this morning and encountered no greeting or acknowledgment at the till. The staff member had red hair and provided a very disappointing experience. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable.

Absence of Customer Service

I arrived just before opening and found no staff present. After briefly visiting another shop, I returned to find a frosty sales assistant who didn’t greet me or acknowledge my presence. If I hadn't been in need, I would have left immediately. I work in retail, and such treatment would result in serious consequences.

Unfair Return Policy

I can't stand it when stores only offer exchanges and no refunds. This practice seems underhanded and shouldn't be allowed. I have shopped here for years, but this policy has made me reconsider my choices.

Terrible Service Overall

If there were a rating lower than one star, I would choose it. The service I received at the store was absolutely unacceptable. The manager was rude and dismissive, making derogatory remarks. Their arrogance and poor customer service are astonishing. I never want to deal with this store again.

A Wonderful Experience
