I ordered two clipstics as Christmas gifts (one for myself and one for my husband). They're a great product and shipping was fast. Unfortunately only one showed up in my package. I was surprised when I contacted customer service and actually got a reply within just a couple of hours. Nica was the employee that helped resolve the issue. They were kind and helpful and within a few days I had a new item sent to me. Honestly, that level of customer service is rare these days but SO appreciated. I would definitely recommend this product and the company!
