Great product for loading and unloading multiple pairs of skis and poles from the roof box. No more fishing around for that last pole that you just can't quite reach. I broke one, but Nica was very helpful and sent me a free replacement right away.
I had purchased a 3 pack for the family and 2 of the units snapped on the pole clip. Jayne was fantastic in customer service, asked me to send a couple of photos and it was fast and easy and CLIPSTIC is sending me two more units right away. Looks like CLIPSTIC is standing by their product and Jayne was awesome in customer service!
The return experience with Clipstic was amazing. Their customer service is stellar, I was dealing with Nica and she was amazing at explaining all my options and making the process very smooth. The product is great and the straps worked very nicely, my only issue was with the clip for the poles. Where we leave we get very harsh temperatures and the pole clips got too hard. Of it wasn't for that we would have kept the clips because it was very convenient.
I saw an ad on Instagram while my husband was on his annual ski trip with his friends and I knew he was going to love Clipstic. I got it and it had a discount, so yay! It arrived very fast for what I was expecting (I live in Portugal) and we will try it in our family ski trip in a couple of weeks.
Customer service is really bad!!!! My product was broken. The product is poor 3D printer quality. I emailed the company immediately, and it took over a week messaging them 4 times across 3 platforms before I got an answer. And then once I got an answer they won't replace the one broken part (the skinny pole attachment) so my $35 product is useless to me. Scam!!!
I bought the CLIPSTIC to make transporting my skis easier, and it definitely simplified the process. The way it securely holds my skis together without the usual hassle is amazing. I’m impressed by its high quality and ease of use, so much so that I even bought another set for a friend.
Great customer service. My kids both have "Grass Sticks" bamboo poles. The clipstic didn't quite fit them perfectly and the Clipstic team made my return a breeze. Would highly reccomend.
I had a fantastic experience with my Clipstics. I ordered a 10 pack and can say everyone I gave one to loved them as well. I just spent 3 weeks in Breckenridge and I must have introduced at least 100 people to them. Every morning someone would say, "what is that". I was happy to tell them and show it off. We had no problems at all. I had 2 for myself but I gave one away on the slopes. These things are fantastic. I know some people have had complaints but most of those are unwarranted. Some of the poles in our group did have some issues fitting initially but if you can get them snapped in and just leave them, you are golden. The clipstic will form to your poles. I really think you need these in the stores around ski towns. So many people I talked to would have bought them if they were immediately available. Great product. I will be a Clipstic ambassador for life.
The Clipstic did not fit our poles at all. We own new, thin-style poles and they wouldn't click in properly. We followed the instructional video and tried various methods. I even had to screw in the insert, which was frustrating, but that still didn’t help. One pole managed to fit in after significant force, while the second only went in after literally hammering it, causing the first pole to pop out. The product is completely unusable. I reached out to customer support multiple times without any resolution. I’m disputing the charge on my credit card. I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this.
I ordered the product ahead of Christmas and it was supposed to be delivered to my home, but it never arrived due to an incomplete address. The address was clearly accurate on the order, and my house is just two blocks from the post office handling the delivery. I'm unsure who is at fault for this issue. I've reached out to the customer support team three times over the past two weeks, but I've received no response.
