I purchased a set of 10 Clipsticks for my family of skiers, and we absolutely love them! They are very durable and will certainly make our trips to the resort much smoother, as well as being perfect for travel. We encountered a minor issue with one of the pole clips breaking, so I reached out to the company for a replacement. The representative was incredibly helpful, and a new clip was shipped within 48 hours, even with the New Year holiday. She also suggested a simple fix if the clips were a bit tight: placing a few drops in a sealed plastic bag for a day or two to soften them. We're trying that now and hope it will make clipping the poles easier. Overall, these are excellent for carrying skis comfortably without them slipping apart!
