I had a frustrating experience with the product, but the customer support was excellent. The representative was very helpful. Unfortunately, the product didn't work well for me as it didn't fit my ski poles, and one part broke right away (though I received a quick refund). I just wish it had been compatible with my gear! It was too small for my poles and too large for my son’s poles. Clearly, one size does not fit all.
