I ordered the product ahead of Christmas and it was supposed to be delivered to my home, but it never arrived due to an incomplete address. The address was clearly accurate on the order, and my house is just two blocks from the post office handling the delivery. I'm unsure who is at fault for this issue. I've reached out to the customer support team three times over the past two weeks, but I've received no response.
