The Clipstic did not fit our poles at all. We own new, thin-style poles and they wouldn't click in properly. We followed the instructional video and tried various methods. I even had to screw in the insert, which was frustrating, but that still didn’t help. One pole managed to fit in after significant force, while the second only went in after literally hammering it, causing the first pole to pop out. The product is completely unusable. I reached out to customer support multiple times without any resolution. I’m disputing the charge on my credit card. I am extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this.
