Customer service is really bad!!!! My product was broken. The product is poor 3D printer quality. I emailed the company immediately, and it took over a week messaging them 4 times across 3 platforms before I got an answer. And then once I got an answer they won't replace the one broken part (the skinny pole attachment) so my $35 product is useless to me. Scam!!!
