The return experience with Clipstic was amazing. Their customer service is stellar, I was dealing with Nica and she was amazing at explaining all my options and making the process very smooth. The product is great and the straps worked very nicely, my only issue was with the clip for the poles. Where we leave we get very harsh temperatures and the pole clips got too hard. Of it wasn't for that we would have kept the clips because it was very convenient.
