I had purchased a 3 pack for the family and 2 of the units snapped on the pole clip. Jayne was fantastic in customer service, asked me to send a couple of photos and it was fast and easy and CLIPSTIC is sending me two more units right away. Looks like CLIPSTIC is standing by their product and Jayne was awesome in customer service!
