Placed an order with the Newcastle-Under-Lyme branch on the 6th September 2021.I'm still waiting for a skort that was not in stock on the day of ordering. However, into the 7th week and my daughter still does not have her skort, despite being told it would take up to 3 weeks.I've called at the shop several times, around the 1:30pm time to find it locked and no sign saying why, even though the lights are on.I'v tried ringing but nobody answers the phone, I have witnessed this on the few occasions when I managed to get in the shop, two people serving one customer (who was also complaining about an outstanding order and the phone ringing but left to ring out.Despite having my details, nobody has contacted me to provide an update. Absolutely disgusting. I will be asking for a refund on the outstanding item and will take my business elsewhere in future.Maybe now I have left a review other people who have had a similar experience can comment too, as I'm sure there are others.
