I ordered a very nice-looking jacket on New Year's Eve, and while I understand the timing was awkward, the follow-up has been disappointing. After sending three emails, a representative assured me he would address the issue on the following Monday (January 5, 2026). I've since sent another email without any response. The lack of urgency in providing updates is frustrating, and if the item doesn't arrive this week, I'll regrettably have to seek a refund through my bank.
