I ordered a very nice-looking jacket on New Year's Eve, and while I understand the timing was awkward, the follow-up has been disappointing. After sending three emails, a representative assured me he would address the issue on the following Monday (January 5, 2026). I've since sent another email without any response. The lack of urgency in providing updates is frustrating, and if the item doesn't arrive this week, I'll regrettably have to seek a refund through my bank.

I spoke to someone who provided a dispatch email to appease me, but there was no tracking number! This indicates it likely hasn’t been sent! I'm currently contacting my bank to recover my funds! I strongly advise staying away from this service; they seem to be scammers! It's concerning that they might take your order and ship it from another location for profit. People, please AVOID!

Terrible experience—seven months with no order or refund despite numerous promises. A representative is a blatant liar, and I've seen many others in the same predicament on social media (before comments are deleted). They continue to post ads daily. Seriously, avoid this individual; they are untrustworthy and dishonest. I hope they face consequences soon.
This is an absolutely shocking scam! I paid £335 for a tracksuit and opted for express delivery. TWO WEEKS LATER, still no delivery, no tracking number, and multiple emails have been ignored. Unless you want to lose your money, stay far away! Many other customers have also been cheated by them!
