I have little experience with them; just ordered a nice ring and they lost the product on USPS… from 11 days I didn’t get the product and no proper communication and customer service… I don’t think they know how to handle any claim or complaints -----13days and counting...Pls, consider to pay +$1 and send it by Fedex.. so that client can enjoy the product in 2 days
