I had an absolutely terrible experience with Clocks and Colours. I ordered a chain and a flask, but when I received my package and opened the boxes, the one that was supposed to contain the chain was completely empty. I immediately contacted customer service and also informed the courier company. I provided all the necessary details and proof of what I received.At first, they acknowledged that my package might have been tampered with in transit. However, later on, they completely denied everything and refused to take any responsibility. Their so-called “support” was useless—they did absolutely nothing to resolve my issue and just wasted my time going in circles. Instead of offering a real solution, they kept sending me the tracking link, insisting that the package was delivered—as if they couldn’t comprehend that it was delivered empty!This was by far the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Thankfully, I paid with Klarna in installments, or else I doubt I would have ever gotten my money back from this awful customer service. I do not recommend buying from them at all. But if you absolutely must, make sure to pay with Klarna or PayPal to protect yourself.
