I placed an order with this company for Christmas gifts, and while the process initially seemed smooth — with confirmation emails and tracking updates — it ended in utter disappointment. After being notified that my package had been delivered, I found no sign of it. I emailed the company immediately, and they were quick to respond, suggesting I check with neighbors or around my property, as delivery carriers sometimes leave packages in alternate locations. I thoroughly checked but found nothing.When I informed them, they asked me to wait 48-72 hours to see if the package would "show up." Despite my concerns about this being a time-sensitive Christmas gift, I complied. After waiting, I followed up again and requested a resolution. To my shock, they refused to provide a refund or replacement. Their response stated:"Thank you for patiently waiting as we investigated your delivery issue. We're sorry to tell you that we will not be providing you with a refund or reshipment of your order. Please understand that this is not a reflection of our lack of appreciation for your business or money spent. We are simply acting on the evidence that we have to work off of which is that your order has been marked as successfully delivered by the carrier."They further explained that their decision was based on the carrier's (USPS) confirmation of delivery and implied that without evidence to prove otherwise, they could not assist me further. This is absolutely unacceptable!Unlike Amazon or other reputable companies, they don’t require a signature, provide photo evidence of delivery, or take accountability for packages lost in transit. Instead, they place the burden entirely on the customer. I’m now out $200 with no recourse or replacement.I will never shop with this company again and would caution others against trusting their poor policies and lack of customer service. The reason I gave a 2 instead of a 1 is that I love their merchandise, but until they open a brick-and-mortar store, they lost me as a customer.
