The service during our transition from a larger home to a smaller one was disappointing. Although the removal team was polite and helpful, several issues arose that make me hesitant to recommend the company. We encountered broken plants, a damaged TV, and a mishandled chair. Additionally, our clothes were packed without proper hanging rails, resulting in wrinkles. The inconsistent labeling on boxes indicated a lack of training. Despite having paid for insurance, the coverage was insufficient, especially regarding the payout for the broken TV. Also, scheduling issues led to an unexpected charge due to delays. It’s advisable to arrange for later afternoon move-in times to avoid extra costs.
