The team were a great bunch of guys. They took care to wrap and box up my items with great care, and efficiently dealt with my flitting, especially as my flat was on the fourth floor!

I stored my items in Inverness for over 6 months at a reasonable price. There was a delivery issue that caused a delay of about 2 months. However, the service delivered my belongings safely and in good condition, and offered a discount as an apology for the delay. Once the delay was resolved, a delivery date was arranged, and everything went smoothly. The representative was very careful while unpacking from the truck. Overall, I am pleased with this service.
The service during our transition from a larger home to a smaller one was disappointing. Although the removal team was polite and helpful, several issues arose that make me hesitant to recommend the company. We encountered broken plants, a damaged TV, and a mishandled chair. Additionally, our clothes were packed without proper hanging rails, resulting in wrinkles. The inconsistent labeling on boxes indicated a lack of training. Despite having paid for insurance, the coverage was insufficient, especially regarding the payout for the broken TV. Also, scheduling issues led to an unexpected charge due to delays. It’s advisable to arrange for later afternoon move-in times to avoid extra costs.

I decided to pay for delivery, and only then did I receive a response. However, I was informed that my container, which held all my items, is now missing. This includes important personal belongings and family photos. It's distressing to think they might be lost or stolen. I've tried to remain patient, but the lack of communication has been frustrating. I'm willing to reconsider my review if my items are returned safely, but at this point, I cannot recommend their service and may consider legal action. UPDATE: The company has contacted me, located the container, and offered a discount on delivery.
The service was excellent from the start when I spoke with a representative who conducted a virtual survey. They were thorough and understood our moving needs perfectly. On the day before the move, the team was courteous and careful with all the packing. On moving day, they arrived early, ensuring we had enough time and packed everything as needed, including garden furniture, using fans to prevent contamination. Even with a delay in getting the keys, the team was patient and worked quickly to unload everything within two hours. They also collected boxes on different days as we unpacked, which saved me multiple trips to dispose of them. I would definitely recommend this service; they were competitively priced, provided exceptional service, and executed the move efficiently.
