I purchased a ring some time ago and have encountered numerous issues. Initially, it lasted about 6-8 months before the design cracked. Fortunately, it was replaced under warranty, and I was told I'd receive a new warranty with the replacement. However, the ring broke again multiple times, which was very frustrating. Despite informing them of my concerns, I was only offered replacements. I was also advised that this ring is not suitable for daily wear due to its intricate design. The last replacement lasted just over a year before breaking again. Now, I'm being told I only have a one-year warranty. Despite the ongoing issues and several replacements in two years, I am now expected to pay for a new one, fully aware it may break again. With all these problems and no goodwill gesture, I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this ring or the company.
