I bought a ring some time ago and have faced continuous problems. Initially, it lasted 6-8 months before breaking. Thankfully, it was replaced under warranty, and I was promised a new warranty. However, it broke again multiple times, which was frustrating. Despite raising my concerns, I only received replacements. I was informed that this ring is not suitable for daily wear due to its design. The last replacement lasted just over a year before breaking again. Now, I'm told the warranty is only one year. Despite the multiple issues and replacements, I am now expected to pay for another replacement, knowing it may not last. Given all these problems, I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this ring or the company.
The item is stunning and well-crafted, and I'm truly happy with the jewellery. However, the delivery process and customer service left much to be desired. I paid for next day delivery, but there was no clear indication of a cut-off time or weekend exclusions at checkout. I placed my order on a Friday expecting it to arrive Saturday or at the latest Monday, but it didn't come until Tuesday. When I reached out to customer service with evidence of what I saw at checkout, my request for a delivery charge refund was denied, with replies focusing on internal policy instead of the lack of clarity presented to customers. While the product is lovely, clearer delivery information and a more customer-oriented response would have greatly improved my experience.

Despite the ongoing issues and several replacements in two years, I am now expected to pay for a new one, fully aware it may break again. With all these problems and no goodwill gesture, I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this ring or the company.

I bought two charms and a bracelet a while back. One charm broke twice, but thankfully I didn't lose it, and the company replaced it without issue. Unfortunately, another charm broke completely. I picked up my third replacement yesterday, and today, the charm fell off again. I doubt they will replace it again. I'm regretting my investment in these jewellery pieces!
I just received the fairy heart earrings. I would have returned them, but they don’t accept returns on earrings. I’m very disappointed! I was considering buying another pair for my granddaughter, but now I don't think it's worth it. The product claims to have a small amount of Welsh gold and a fairy inside the heart, but it looks nothing like what’s shown on the website. I won’t be buying from them again, which is unfortunate as we have a Welsh 40th birthday coming up.

When I visited the store to request a replacement, I was told I would have to pay for it, which seemed unfair given that the earrings were faulty. I found the staff dismissive, and it left us feeling disappointed. I bought these earrings as a special gift, but now they don’t feel special at all. This was my first purchase from this company, and it will likely be my last.
I ordered a key ring as a memory gift for my mother. It arrived two weeks later, but the engraving is so tiny that it’s unreadable. It consists of only six letters but is much smaller than the brand name on the other side. I’m really disappointed since the engravings in their online images looked much better. The company asked me to return the item at my own expense to fix the issue, but three weeks later, they sent back the original item with no changes. The engravings do not match what was advertised. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order engraved items from this company.
I received a set of opal jewellery as a gift. Over time, I noticed the stones changed color, so I returned them for assessment. I was informed that opals are porous and can react to water, which I wasn't warned about when I received them. I agreed to send them for repair, but I was surprised to receive a quote for £238.50, nearly the cost of buying new items. I’m disappointed that there was no warning about potential water damage included with the jewellery. This experience has made me hesitant to purchase from this company again.
