I bought two charms and a bracelet a while back. One charm broke twice, but thankfully I didn't lose it, and the company replaced it without issue. Unfortunately, another charm broke completely. I picked up my third replacement yesterday, and today, the charm fell off again. I doubt they will replace it again. I'm regretting my investment in these jewellery pieces!
