I ordered a key ring as a memory gift for my mother. It arrived two weeks later, but the engraving is so tiny that it’s unreadable. It consists of only six letters but is much smaller than the brand name on the other side. I’m really disappointed since the engravings in their online images looked much better. The company asked me to return the item at my own expense to fix the issue, but three weeks later, they sent back the original item with no changes. The engravings do not match what was advertised. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order engraved items from this company.
