This is fraud. I was charged with a guaranteed shipping date over a month ago. I never received the shoes. When I e-mailed customer support, they stated they had not shipped yet. I immediately e-mailed back asking for the order to be canceled and refunded, so they sent me a "tracking number" and said it was too late and they'd already shipped. Convenient...I reported the charge as fraud with my credit card. Now, over a month later, I just received an unauthorized second charge on my credit card.
