Contacted close brothers finance in regards to issues with the car, as my warranty and dealership wouldn't answer any calls or emails.Got the diagnostic done as requested and the code came back indicating issues with the drive chain and emissions.When I bought the car the car had a EML on as it has a decat on it (which is illegal for road use) the car had a MOT done before being dropped off to me and had the decat on it.Got a email on 1st October saying you're not taking the complaint any further. The mechanic that came out to look at the car said it would fail a MOT.How can you not look into it further after a mechanic said it would fail MOT.If I don't have a appropriate response within the next 7 days this will be taken further. As I have myself and a 3 year old child to look after.
