Fantastic team especially Daniel who took me through everything step by step plus gave me up regular dates regarding my finance I applied for , I had used this firm before, a very very long time ago and I've never had any issues or problems. Being honest it was hard to get finance through other companies then I remember I once had finance with these guys and once again they gave me finance again . If it wasn't for these guys I wouldn't of been able to get my dream car . A big thank you to all the team , the repayments I can definitely afford and were more then reasonable , One happy customer 🙂

I purchased a car and used it for approximately two and a half months. During this period, a fault developed in the vehicle, and as it could not be repaired, I returned the car to the dealer.

At the time, the return process appeared to be straightforward. However, despite the vehicle being returned, my finance account was incorrectly kept active, and I received several calls stating that payments were overdue. I clearly explained both to the dealer and to the finance company that the vehicle had already been returned.

More than six months have now passed. This month, I received an email confirming that the vehicle no longer belongs to me. Despite this confirmation, the finance agreement is still showing as active in my online banking, which is negatively affecting my credit score.

I am extremely concerned about this situation and disappointed with the level of customer service. I do not understand how this matter is still remained unresolve. I don’t know how anyone could be that much confused.

Stay away from this service

I strongly advise against using this service. I tried to pay off my remaining finance balance early, but was transferred between different departments for nearly an hour. They either hung up or promised to call back within three days, which never happened. Eventually, I managed to pay it off online, and they confirmed it through a phone call and email. However, they still sent bailiffs to my home in my absence, leaving a letter accusing me of fraudulent activity. When I contacted the number on the letter, they assured me I hadn’t done anything wrong and were puzzled about the bailiffs' visit. I wouldn’t trust this service, and I recommend not entering into any financial agreements with them unless you want to waste time on the phone and face harassment.
