Had a white BMW 530 D through them that started having issues , for more than 3 months they driven me nuts , I had to take days off from work , spent a nearly £2000 , they passed me from one department to another, they broke their own agreement rules by lying that wear and tear is not down to them . The most disturbing, disgusting and dangerous company I came across and I had cars on lease for over 10 years but Close Brothers are nothing less than “ stay away people , please , for your own good “. Now they avoiding covering the costs I lost , they want money for excess miles , they ignoring they’re doing to my personal life and mental health, they just ignoring everything, they act like they did nothing and expect money from you . They communicate with you using mimecast just to make it more difficult. I will take them to Ombudsman and probably further If I could score them -10 I would but I will give them this kind of feedback on all media platforms. This is why this country is not in a good place because the kind of this company. Disgraceful and disgusting
