I recently purchased a vehicle via close brothers motor finance , and unfortunately the car I'd bought had existing mechanical problems with it .Adam Kendell at close brothers lead the investigation into my complaint against the motor trader I’d purchased the car from , and I can’t thank him enough for his outstanding hard work and help he gave me during this process.Adam really helped me so much and was dealing with a very difficult and unprofessional motor trader who didn’t make the process easy of straightforward for him. I am so thankful I decided to purchase through close brothers finance , as I was given so much support and legal protection , which I would not of been able to get if I’d have purchased the car on my own . Due to my health condition , I would not have been able to cope with the stress it would have caused me in rejecting the vehicle ,if I’d decided to purchase in cash and not through close brothers , as I’d have had to go through the whole process completely alone with no support .Thank you so much Adam .
