Absolutely terrible company! They use dealers that don't have a clue about there interest products in the first instance I was told I could pay this off with out incurred interest this was a lie ! I have been trying to get a receipt for paying the policy off in full 8 weeks have past I've spoken to the complaints twice and made several phone calls although I'm still waiting for my receipt.They now have 2 email address and my home address but I receive nothing from them still. Next stop is the financial ombudsman!
