A third party passed my details on to them, without my consent or without me knowing. They set up a direct debit, without me signing any credit agreement. They took money without my consent for an insurance policy I am paying annually for (why would I ever need a credit agreement for an insurance policy?!). When I called for support, genuinely thought I was being scammed or it was fraud… they blamed the insurance company and told me to “calm down”… think I had every right to be a bit stressed, genuinely thought it was fraud and had even called me bank. Morally corrupt. I have called my insurance company and they assure me it’s been sorted out but this company is emailing me annual statements and has all my details now, disgusting. Just called you again on the number below, your customer services are unhelpful and rude. Transferred me back to the insurance company, despite my insurance company transferring me to you. Hours on the phone and no resolution. I’ve sent you an email so maybe you can help there.Uninsure confirmed to me twice via the phone that this policy is cancelled. This company is yet to provide any confirmation of cancellation of the credit agreement. I now have a credit agreement for a product that does not exist, with a company ill-equipped to support any kind of resolution. Hope you enjoy my complaint from the financial ombudsman, because this is wild.
