CB are thieves

My name is Leonardo da Silva and I have an agreement with Close Brothers, I received a letter saying they overcharged me £50 and that I was due a refund, my Nationwide bank account could not be verified by them as well as my Santander account, anyway I had to send a bank statement to get the refund, they only process refunds on Mondays and fromthere it takes 7 to 10 working days, that's a whopping 15 days until I receive back what they overcharged me.
