worst customer service ive ever seen

My insurance provider uses this company and if it weren't for the way i was treated by there customer service Id be writing a 5 star review now instead as I was fairly happy with everything else. I was informed by my insurance provider that they haven't received a document that I sent into close brothers and that they needed it asap. So on Monday the 12th of may I called there helpline only for them to tell me that I had called the wrong number and that I would be transferred over to the right one, however I was transferred to the wrong number and was told I had to be transferred again (this process repeated itself 8 times, sometimes back to people I had already spoken to and was even given a number that I could call directly and I got nowhere). And today, Tuesday the 13 of may I decided to try again and got the usual response of them needing to transfer me to someone else. I was getting annoyed at this point so I told the person on the phone what had happened and that it wasn't acceptable which was completely ignored, I then said can you please listen to me and she then then shouted at me and spoke over me every time I tried to say something. I still 2 days later and after calling 7 different phone numbers have not found out what is going with my insurance documents as my insurance provider should have them by now
