Called because the letter I received said to if anything was wrong with my bank details for the direct debit. Spoke with Esther. She had zero confidence in dealing with my issue. Why is my previous married name on the direct debit instruction when I didn't use that name when I completed it on the insurance website. She said she had changed it and when she clicked on save it reverted back. I was calling during a comfort break with work (I am also a call handler but in adult social care). I have now had to send an email because I won't be paying any missed payment fees if they don't get that sorted.
