Used close brothers a few times now But on this 5 year deal 60 months I decided to pay my finance off after 26 months. I was sold the finance with the understanding I can pay more a month or over the year and it was caped at a certain amount However when I got my settlement to pay their were hidden fees which I didn’t and wasn’t made aware of by both close brothers or the dealer. Daylight robbery in my opinion I will not be using the company again and have took to social media platforms to start group chats and discussions to stop this from happening to others. You shouldn't be penalised for paying your finance off early!! One of the things I made a point of when asking for finance advice from both close brothers and the dealer. Don’t trust dealers why I always call the broker close brothers! But they lied too!!
