Was told when took out policy we were covered for loss or damage to personal items ! Tried to claim for Bracelet Lost over xmas and was told we are not covered for personal items ! or if the TV falls off wall we not covered for accidental damage to anything either ! Complete waste of money Stay clear go with sumone who don't lie to you.
