I had 5 years finance from CBG. My only complaint would be the late payment fee which i think is pretty steep at 40£.. although I get this is a business and the main interest is to make money I think they could have had a slightly lower fee, maybe 20£. That would have been way more decent. Or at least to try to take the payment again the next day. Beside that I was really happy with them in the late year. I struggled a lot financially and I was able to change the date to a later one or delay a payment when I didn’t had the necessary funds. The team was really understanding, they always emphasised to make sure I have funds in the account to avoid the fee and let them know if I don’t so they can help me.
