Just renewed my car insurance and straight away have regretted it (will definitely not be renewing next year). Feel very misled and disappointed with policy expert/close brothers. Took an extra payment out without informing me - so have put in a formal complaint in. Communication levels have been very poor and has left me out of pocket.
