We were quite happy with the initial service opening up a 1 year fixed saver was fairly easy and straight forward, the problems occur once the account reaches maturity. We had an e mail from them a few weeks before maturity but nothing after advising of options to reinvest or where we would like our money to be transfered to. Their web site is next to usesless as it tells you to place your instructions in your account area however it does not allow you to place anything in the area as it's locked out, we were going to reinvest with them but this has soured our oppinion of the company. They now have our money with no access to them until the next work day and unfortunately we are away abroad for a week, poor show and I would think wisely before investing here.
