Terrible at termination. Charge for something that did not happen.Opted for 'giving back' vehicle after 4 years. Their collection agency charges for two failed attempts despite no date/time agreed to their suggested appointment nor the driver arriving at location on those suggested slots. Someone explain the logic, i'm to return the vehicle, I should dictate my availability for collection and I should also be charged if I informed them that I wasn't available for the two earlier suggested slots.Not to mention these are hidden charges - at no point was it communicated that such charges can be applicable.
