Provided finance for an insurance policy. Tried to take a monthly payment after 13 days. Payment bounced. Phone call was made to ask what payment was for. Was told I weren’t due to pay anything until the 12th April which was when they retried to take the funds. Letter containing default notice arrived at my house within 5 days of ‘missed payment’ and gave no lee way in getting it paid. Expecting to see it on my credit file as I rang up to complain and was told yes they do report to credit reference agencies.
