AVOID! We were appointed them by our insurance company, not only did they do half a job. They accused us of lying, luckily we took photos before they visited and after photos which had time stamp proof, after providing these they said they'd come and complete 1/4 of the work because the photos were 'too blurry' when they 100% were not and their previous excuse was it happened after they left? I feel like they've just given us excuse after excuse. It has taken us a month to come to this after my first complaint. They couldn't even apologise for accusing me of lying because they weren't expecting me to have time stamp evidence and photos before they carried out the work!
