New customer, not for long

Having been with the brokers just over 2 months due to insurance company appointing them, I can safely say I will not be renewing when the time comes. What a torturous, exhausting company. No response to emails at all after they threatened to cancel my car insurance because a payment was not taken due to a problem on their side. I was charged a fee for a late payment (£25) which I am still waiting for a call back about after customer service refused me a refund - despite the missed payment being their fault... The payment was then not taken a second time, and another threatening letter arrives... my details are all correct and yet they have still not set up the direct debit (as stated in the terms and conditions) despite me doing everything my side. The lady I spoke to was not apologetic or helpful and I must have had to repeat my details to her 7/8 times. Really disappointing as a new customer.
