The worst finance company ever. Please do not take out any policy's with them. I got a car in June which broke down driving home from the garage. I lodged a complaint the car was faulty and had no response or follow up. The car dealership attempted to fix the car and returned it 8 weeks later with other problems, for example the steering has gone. I couldn't get a hold of anyone from CB for months. When I finally had someone dealing with the complaint I could contact directly she then said she had handed the case to someone else and didn't supply any contact details for them. I then contacted them again as they continued to ask for payments and I said I was paying for a car I couldn't safely drive. In December, 6 months after purchase, they sent someone to evaluate the car. I have had no update. Still get asked to make payment. I have emailed, no response. I have been on hold for 55 minutes waiting to get through to someone. Shambles of a company, avoid at all costs.
