Please make sure you read your T&C word for word. I made the mistake of not fully reading them and when my car was stolen and the insurance payout didn't cover the full finance, I was told I had to pay the amount immediately or at a push within 3 months and if not it would be sent onto a debt collection agency and mess my credit score up. I ended up having to get a loan to get them off my back.Ok Close Brothers,I've sent you an email, let's see what happens!! I'll update this review when I hear back....don't hold your breath 😒
