Had some health issues and got behind…

Had some health issues and got behind with a couple of payments, rang and explained that j was now in a better place and could I up my payments to catch up with the arrears. was sent forms to fill in which I duly did, sent them back then heard nothing. I then waited until the next payday supposed to go out with the extra in the bank to cover it, nothing happened, in the meantime I had secured some cash to pay all the arrears. I rang to do thus and ask why my latest payment had not been taken only to be told that the agreement had been cancelled and they where coming to collect the car in a few days!I hadn't even notified of this, although the lady on the phone said I had been sent a letter and emails,o hadn't received any of these. I asked for a copy to be emailed to me straight away to which they refused, I had to demand a letter before they finally sent me a letter by post two days later.I manager to pay the whole car off straight away, but I will never use this company again and I am looking into pursuing legal action against them for breaking rules, I have every email and by their own admission all there calls are recorded.
