Country went into lockdown, close brothers agreed holiday payments for 3 months then put defaults on

I had finance on my work van with these crooks from 2015 to 2020 I never missed one payment in 5 years, then covid hit and the country went in to lock down in march 2020 over night, no1 knew when it would reopen, or what wa happening, Boris Johnson brought in the holiday payments for mortgages and Finance etc, I contacted close brothers by telephone, after hours of been on hold they agreed to give me a 3month holiday payment, this was 3 weeks before the payment wa due out of my bank, I only had 2 or 3 payments left, but wasn’t sure how long we were isolated so I took the 3 months holiday payment, then in may when the sites opened again I paid the outstanding holiday payments and the remaining balance, little did I know until I checked my credit score recently to remortgage the house, close brothers have put defaults on my credit score, not holiday payments, I didn’t have any problems with the mortgage lenders when they gave us a 3month holiday payment, so now I’m having to pay 250quid to go to a court hearing to get this removed, Iv had sleepless nights worrying about this not to mention the days wages at work to attend the court hearing and also have all the stress and headache of it all or pay excessive interest rates on my mortgage deal, I’ll keep everybody updated. Their customer complaints service is diabolical,!!! Iv given them 1 star because I had to to post this, there not worth 1I wouldnt even recommend these to my worse enemyIv now been trying to speak to them for 4 days Iv spent 3hrs and 16mins on hold when I finally got there to a guy called Alex he said some one from the complaints team would contact me24th of janGot a message from them saying as a ‘good will gesture they are going to remove the missed payments on my credit file’ there’s 3 defaults not missed payments, but it could take up to 30 days, ( I dont currently have 30 days)Update 25th 12:30pmI have photographic evidence of the defaults on my credit score how do I upload a photoMy credit file says high impact on my account 2 defaults motor close bro finance 27th may 2020!!!Update 1st Feb1st Feb, Iv been called on Friday by Dawn Harris, she’s sincerely apologised, and bee returning my emails, I had to send her screen shots of the critical impact these defaults have on my credit file, and tht they specifically say close brothers motor finance, and the date may 2020. She says she’s getting them removed, Emotions aside Dawn did get my credit file updated and the default tht close brothers attached to my name in 2020 lockdown she did get removed in February 2024 Thanks Dawn 💪👍But what an absolute head ache these put me threw
