I got a car and after a week found out the car smoke i made a complain and they said its takes 8 weeks to sort it out it’s been a 5 months now didn’t hear anything from them , I called many times every time i call they say they call me back within 72hrs but nothing, im gonna cancel my direct debit and they can chase me now
