The most awful experience of my life

Bought a car and the car company set up my finance with close brothers. The car broke down immediately and I was within my consumers rights to reject the car. Having been bullied by the car dealership and explaining this to them I am now nearly 6 months in and have heard nothing from them. I can’t get a hold of anyone. My case handler has changed 3/4 times. Nobody seems to know what’s going on. Someone was supposed to come out and check the car when I finally got through to someone and never did. That case handler has now changed. The worst most awful experience of my life. I don’t understand why it takes so long for anything to be done. Meanwhile I’m still making payments for a car I haven’t driven and paying road tax. Have sent various emails and am always on hold for hours never getting through to anyone.
