This is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with, you can not get hold of them, I have had unauthorised payments come out of my account on top of my monthly premium, have explained this to close brothers who they instructed to carry out the payments. No interest in refunding fraudulent payments back to me. They never call back, just passed around to all the staff. Obviously a delay tactic as no one wants to deal with this.On top of this I have had a letter through the post saying my van insurance has been cancelled at my request, when clearly this is a mistake.I have no idea what’s going on.This has been going on far too long, I will be contacting the financial ombudsman and seeking legal advice for a refund.Do not touch vanline or close brothers is my warning to you all.Scammers!!!!
