Here comes the “I'm sorry you had this experience”. A telephone call with vital information regarding a complaint I was making was “lost”. Very frustrating company to deal with over the phone when there’s an issue. Whilst I appreciate there are policies in place, I found the company very unreasonable to deal with. This in my opinion has contributed to my ongoing mental health issues, due to the miscommunication and misleading narratives from the staff. I would recommend keeping written records when dealing with close brothers. This is just “my experience”.
